Meet CCPC's Summer Interns
Posted August 7, 2026
We recently welcomed Andrea Maras to CCPC's Administrative team, and she's off to a great start!
A long-time Chester County resident who grew up in Connecticut, Andrea previously worked in the County's Assessment Department for two years. She was drawn to CCPC by the opportunity to take on a wider range of responsibilities and added, "CCPC has an excellent reputation within the county government system, so I knew it would be a great place to work!"
Andrea's primary role at CCPC is supporting Act 247 reviews, although she is happy to assist wherever she is needed.
An avid reader, Andrea enjoys books from all genres — particularly thrillers and historical fiction — and can almost always be found with a book in her spare time. She plays the flute and piano and is learning to speak Spanish and play chess. She also knows how to play the bagpipes (how cool is that?).
Andrea loves cats, especially her two adorable rescues, Binx and Striper, and she's a big Philly sports fan. She enjoys spending time in Chester County's parks and visiting Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Her 27-year-old son, Nick, lives and works in Philadelphia.
Andrea's life motto is simple: "Let it be."
Please join us in welcoming Andrea to CCPC!
